Register for the 2025 Synapse Symposium
The 2025 Synapse Symposium will be held in San Diego, CA.

Early bird registration until August 30, 2025 – $800 for faculty and $400 for trainees
Regular registration until November 6, 2025 – $900 for faculty and $450 for trainees
After November 6, 2025, and onsite registration – $1000 for faculty and $500 for trainees
**There are 250 spots available. Registrations will only be accepted until all slots are filled.**
We encourage participants to register early. If you wish to present a poster, please submit abstracts at the time of registration; however, this is not mandatory. All abstracts must be submitted by September 30, 2025, by emailing them to info@synapsesymposium.org. Please note: Late submissions after this deadline are not guaranteed the opportunity to present a poster at the meeting.

The cancellation fee is $40 USD. The cancellation deadline is November 6, 2025; after that date, no refunds will be issued.
